ITINERARY INSIGHTS

Day 01
Chandigarh-Narkanda (170 Kms/5 - 6 Hours)

Arrive at Chandigarh and proceed for Narkanda. Enjoy the comforts of a luxury, As your driver takes you from the plains into the mountains where you get your first taste of the Himalayas.Narkanda is very popular tourist place in Himachal Pradesh. It has an average elevation of 2621 mtrs about (8600 feet). Hatu Peak is just 5-7kms from Narkanda at the hight of 11000ft. Which is most place of attraction among tourist or visitors. Apple is main crash crop here.

Day 02
Narkanda - Sangla ( 160 Kms/5-6 Hours )

Today we proceed to Sangla enroute take a detour for Sarahanis visited for Bhimkali temple, an old wooden temple considered one of the Shaktipeetha temple. It offers excellent Himalayan views. Reach Sangla by late afternoon / evening.

Day 03
Sangla - Tabo ( 180 Kms/6-7 Hours )

Today we drive to Tabo, enroute we will visit to Chitkul. Distance from Sangla to Chitkul is 25 Kms, around 1 Hour.Today, we drive on the Hindustan – Tibet Highway, towards Tabo. In between we will visit Nako – originally known as ‘Kyangoh’ or ‘Gateway to the Holy Place’, We later drive to Tabo – home to the famous Tabo Monastry. Overnight at a homestay in Tabo.

Day 04
Tabo - Kaza ( 50 Kms/02 Hours )

Join the morning prayers at the Tabo Monastery which was constructed in 996 AD. It is a complex that consists of 9 Temples, 23 Chortens, a monk’s chamber and an extension that houses the nun’s chamber. There is also a modern Gompa and a painting school founded by the Dalai Lama. Check out of the hotel in Tabo and head to Kaza (3870 metres above sea level). On your way to Kaza), visit Dhankar Gompa, the traditional capital of Spiti. This hilltop fort that overlooks the Spiti Valley used to be a jail earlier.

Day 05
Kaza – Kee Monastery – Kibber – Gette – Kaza

After breakfast take a trip to Ki Monastery. Ki Monastery, situated at the foot of steep ridges and on the left bank of river Spiti, is the biggest Gelupa Sect Monastery in Spiti. A post 13th century construction, the three-storey structure consists largely of storage rooms at the bottom level while the middle floor houses Dukhang - the Assembly Hall, and the uppermost floor has another temple on one side and Lama’s quarters on the other side of an open terrace.

Afterwards, take a scenic drive to Kibber. From Kibber, the pastures are spread over hundreds of square kilometres. After kibber take this road about 9 kilometers we will reach the small village of Gette. If you want to enter the village,you will have to leave your vehicle at the road and trek for about a kilometre.

Day 06
Kaza – Langza – Hikkim – Komik – Kaza

After breakfast we drive to some of the highest inhabited regions of the world.The highest village in Asia, Komik, which literally translates to ‘eye of a snow cock’, is situated at a height of 4513 meters. This farming village has a population of 84 people, living in utter isolation, cut-off from the rest of the world for most parts of the year.

Day 07
Kaza to Kalpa ( 200 Kms/8-9 Hours )

After Breakfast we shall leave for Kalpa. Kalpa is the district headquarters of Kinnaur and was once the favorite getaway of Lord Dalhousie. By the side of Kalpa is a 79-foot rock formation that resembles a Shivling that changes the colour as the day passes and is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. In the evening, visit the Buddhist Gompa - Hu Bu Lan Kar, Return to your hotel for dinner.

Day 08
Kalpa – Shimla ( 230 Kms/ 07-09 Hours )

Today after breakfast we will drive for Shimla via local beauty of Kinnaur via Narkanda, Kufri & Shimla Dropping.Enjoy the evening at ridge, a great remembrence of colonial period.

Overnight stay at Kalpa.

Day 09
Shimla – Chandigarh ( 120 Kms/04 Hours )

After breakfast, proceed to Chandigarh. On arrival, check into your hotel & after some rest, proceed to visit Rock Garden and Pinjore garden.

Overnight stay at Hotel in Chandigarh.

Day 10
Departure Chandigarh

After Breakfast you will be dropped to the Chandigarh Railway Station/Airport.

Arrival Delhi Airport / Railway Station and directly transfer by road to Shimla. Reach Shimla and go on a walking tour for a panoramic view of Jakhu hills and shopping at Mall Road. Overnight in hotel at Shimla.

Day 02
Shimla (Local Sightseeing)

Today leave to explore Shimla. Visit Tara Devi Temple, Sankat Mochan Mandir, vice regal Lodge, St. Michael’s Church, The Ridge and in the evening shopping at Mall Road. Overnight in hotel at Shimla.

Day 03
Shimla-Manali (245 Kms/ 7-8 Hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Manali (7-8 hr). Pass by beautiful Kullu valley, Beas River, Dashehra maidan etc. Arrive and check in at hotel. Evening free to explore Manali. Overnight stay in Manali

Day 04
Local Sight Seeing of Manali Town

Arrival at Manali, after breakfast, proceeds to half day city tour visiting Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Temple and Tibetan Monastery. Evening free for roam at your own. Overnight stay at Manali.

Day 05
Manali to Rohtang Pass to Manali (51 Kms.)

Full day excursion visiting Kothi, Gulaba Fall, Marhi, Rohtang Pass and Solang Valley. Overnight stay at Manali hotel

Day 06
Tour Ends

After breakfast, checkout from hotel, and then departure to Delhi.
